Abstract :
In battery tail scar detection, the image of the battery tail took by industrial cameras has a different point of views, which have caused difficulties for subsequent research to the image. Therefore, the image of battery trail is performed to a specified location through rotating and correcting in image processing. An algorithm for image rotating and correcting based on local feature of image is put forward, which is based on the characteristics of the tail of a battery. And the image data obtained from SmartImage sensor are applied to test efficiency of these methods. By compared with the existing image correction algorithm based on template matching. The experimental results show that: the algorithm can better correction of camera battery pictures in the battery scar detection, and reduce the time complexity greatly.
