Abstract :
EHV centralized control center is the development trend of the power system in the future. In this paper, we mainly introduce the design of the computer monitoring system, the remote video monitoring systems, and the channel configuration and the system communication scheme of Hunan 500 KV power grid running centralized control center. The successful design and operation of this centralized control center provide an important reference for the following EHV centralized control center building of the other regions of China. Our design not only makes the unattended mode of 500 KV substations in the province into reality, but also satisfies the "intensive" development needs of the power system.
