Abstract
A high performance RF receiver of 5.8 GHz ETC reader is proposed in this paper according to the national specifications of China on ETC&DSRC, GB/T20851-2007. Some ICs are used as components of the receiver, which make it easy for integration and fabrication of the ETC reader. The receiver system is simulated and a series of parameters of the receiver, involved Gain, Noise Factor, Linearity and Dynamic Range, are estimated by link budget analysis by means of the Agilent ADS software.
