Evaluation research of regional information industry competitiveness—Taking Heilongjiang province as the example

With the arrival of knowledge economy, the degree of competitiveness in information industry has already become one of the important standards of regional and even national economic development. The article constructs an evaluating index system of competitiveness in regional information industry, which is on the basic framework of foundational competitiveness, operational competitiveness, environmental competitiveness, innovational competitiveness. And then, the article makes an evaluation research of information industry competitiveness in Heilongjiang province, which is based on the analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy evaluation method. Finally, the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are given.
