Abstract
Notice of Retraction
After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE´s Publication Principles.
We hereby retract the content of this paper. Reasonable effort should be made to remove all past references to this paper.
The presenting author of this paper has the option to appeal this decision by contacting TPII@ieee.org.
According to the hypothesis of Romer(2001), this paper computes the growth drag of land, water and energy resource are 0.00651, 0.00167 and 0.00883, respectively. The total growth drag of China is 0.01701, it means that economic growth of China each year reduce 1.701% due to the limit of land, water and energy resources annually. The existence of growth drag of energy and water shows that the part of energy and water resources are exhausted in China´s economic growth and it must be fully aroused concern in the long time. The emphasis must be transferred to technological progress for sustainable growth, and then establish gradually technological progress and innovation in the mainstream of conservation-oriented economy.
