Abstract :
Based on the analysis of constructing ecological compensation system construction sand windbreak and practical significance on the basis of establishing ecological compensation system, based on the related theory, this paper demonstrates the windbreak and ecological compensation system establishment of controlling the relevant principles and standards and methods, to effectively develop windbreak and sand will provide the working guidance.
