Abstract :
The assemblability evaluation method has become an important tool in DFA. The paper analyzes the five factors that influence the DFA, deduces the matter — element model and correlation function, and constructs an evaluation model based on the extension theory and priority degree evaluation method. It also discusses the application and evaluation procedure of the assemblability evaluation method based on theory research and case study. As a combination of qualitative and quantitative approaches, this evaluation method has also proved being extensible, advanced and practical.
