Abstract :
This paper introduces the C language-based expert system development platform-CLIPS, discusses the CLIPS expert system as a platform shearer 3LS fault diagnosis tool necessity and its concrete realization, and discusses fault diagnosis expert system of the system structure, tectonic theory, the difficulties and at the same time give the implementation program of system based on fault tree.
