Abstract
In this paper, we demonstrate how feedback from receiver can induce cooperation between nodes, even without a direct cooperative link between cooperating nodes. To demonstrate the concept, we consider a multiuser two-way channel where all nodes have data for each other, thereby jointly considering uplink and downlink communication. We present a achievable rate region and explain a specific construction for a general channel. Numerical results for Gaussian channels clearly show the benefits of feedback, especially for weak users in near-far multiuser cases.
