Abstract :
To meet the urgent demand of electric power industry for harmonic energy measurement, energy meter low stability and precision, a three phase multi-functional and high-precision power parameter harmonic detection system has been developed. Electric instrumentation using of DSP on the three-phase voltage, three-phase current synchronize the entire cycle of uniform sampling and anti-aliasing tracking filter. And use of graphic LCD technology, high-speed computing, processing and data analysis is to achieve energy meter data management, automatic control, fault protection. Harmonic energy measurement algorithm based on hanning window double-spectrum-line interpolation FFT for improving spectral leakage and fence effect of FFT was discussed. The correction method of ratio error and phase error of harmonic energy measurement was also discussed. The running results show that multi-functional harmonic detection system voltage and current errors are less than 0.5, active power and reactive power errors are less than 0.3%, voltage and current harmonic distortion is less than 0.5%, and harmonic phase measurement error is less than 3°. System is accurate, reliable data transmission, easy to operate and function.
