Abstract :
The treatment of waste tyre is a worldwide interested issue. Some studies show that burning waste tyre seems to be a promising and realistic alternative to attain the conversion of waste tyre into valuable and reusable products. In this paper, the experimental study of combustion characteristics of pulverized coal and waste tyre has been conducted by TG-FTIR. The results obtained show that the great different burning processes for the pulverized coal and wasted tyre. The predicted results provide a better understanding of reactions for the burning process of the mixture of pulverized coal and waste tyre.
