To improve the reliability and economic of the power system becomes a focus for power scholars. The establishment of economic dispatch model for power system is of great significance.In this paper, a slight increase of consumption rates and other criteria is applied, considering the output limits of the generator active power and the loss of transmission line, it establishes an economic dispatch model of the combined power system. According to the model, it also gives the economic scheduling algorithm, which verifies the effectiveness of construction validity of the model due to the example.
