Abstract
Low carbon economy developmental models are the basic measures to cope with the global climate change. The text from the angle of carbon cycling, analyzed the effect of agriculture, water conservancy, land production and other human activity on carbon cycling in irrigation district, presented the conception of low carbon irrigation district, and discussed the technical measurements of agriculture and water conservancy, which will offer a sound framework for developing low carbon economy in irrigation district.
