Abstract
Computer Aided Management of Emergency Operations (CAMEO), which is a software package for personal computers designed to enhance emergency preparedness and response involving chemical fires or spills, is described. It was specifically designed by the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) and the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA). The Princeton Plasma Physics Laboratory (PPPL) has combined fire fighting and response together in CAMEO and adapted it for use at the Tokamak Fusion Test Reactor (TFTR)
