Abstract :
Technologies of post-harvest handling system for longan fruits, including selected longan fruit of cultivars with better storage and transport features, harvest maturity and harvesting method, sorting and grading, antiseptic treatment, quarantine treatment such as insect disinfestations, pre-cooling, packaging, storage, transport and marketing were introduced in this paper, which were based on the international research results of post-harvest technologies for longan fruits.
