Abstract
The results of study of SHF influence on the officinal raw material of vegetable and animal origin are described. Comparative analysis of the results of SHF-heating and conventional thermal influence was carried out. Universal vacuum SHF installation for study of the influence of SHF radiation on officinal raw material and the results of study of it in pharmaceutics and food industry are described.
