Abstract :
In event of fault in distribution system with distributed generators, in order to enhance service reliability, the DGs should be used as main power source for blackout area. Deeply considering the characteristic in the service restoration process and the type of switches, the model based on CSP is proposed to solve the on-line islanding operation problem in the event of a blackout in a power distribution network with DGs. To enhance the searching speed, some calculating works which is not related to fault mode is finished off-line. In the process of searching for the best solution, backtracking algorithm is applied to solve the CSP. At last, the calculation example manifests the efficiency and quickness of algorithm.
