After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE´s Publication Principles.

In this paper, we construct a framework of the management and operation mechanism of renewable energy orderly combined to the grid, considering renewable energy´s future development trend and smart grid´s future development needs in China. On this basis, propose the key technical problems of renewable energy orderly combined to the grid, including power prediction, system safety analysis, large-scale energy storage technology. Put forward corresponding solution for management and technical needs, and combined with smart grid´s future development trend propose technical support system to describe the system function needs.
