Abstract :
To improve the biological activity of Cordyceps polysaccharide, and in-depth develop Cordyceps resources, the experiment obtained Cordyceps polysaccharide from the Cordyceps mycelium powder through extraction, filtration, protein and freeze-dried using the method of water extraction and alcohol precipitation; modified its sulfation using the method of chlorosulfonic acid - pyridine, then obtained sulfated product; identified sulfate of the reshaping polyoses using the conventional methods of the potassium bromide mixing tablet and barium sulfate nephelometry, sulfur content was 19.18%, and sulfur degree of substitution was 2.43.
