Abstract
This panel paper presents the case for a set of principles for the development of learning technologies accessible to all. Although great advances have been made in the design, implementation and deployment of learning technologies in educational settings, many of these technologies fail to give equal access of the educational material embedded in them to all learners regardless of impairment or learning need. We propose six principles for the design of inclusive learning technologies with the intention of starting a discussion.
