Abstract :
In this thesis, Mayang County is served as an example, by means of GIS spatial analysis and landscape index analysis methods, using Land Use Data of Mayang County in 2005, It analyzes the features of spatial distribution of rural settlement. It also analyzes the three main influencing factors, including natural environment and socioeconomic environment, production environment on rural residential land distribution. Based on the analysis of the influentcing factors, the authors put forward some suggestions on the adjustment of the distribution of rural residential land.
