With the process of economic globalization and development of information technology, the construction of a modern three-dimensional network of logistics has become an important foundation and means in logistics industry, it is also one of the important symbols of social development level and economic strength. In this paper, at the basis of the connotation and main elements about three-dimensional network of logistics, it analyzes the systemic of three-dimensional network of logistics in an example of Tianjin in China; explores the strategy in construction about three-dimensional network of logistics.
