Abstract :
A theoretical model of graphene-based saturable absorber is proposed and used to numerically investigate graphene-based Q-switched Tm3+-doped fiber lasers (GQ-TDFLs). The numerical results are in excellent agreement with those reported experimental results of the GQ-TDFLs.
