Abstract :
This paper was aimed to investigate calcium, copper, iron and zinc concentrations in pork and wild boar meat by atomic absorption spectrophotometry. Six pigs weighting about 100 kg were selected from landarce and Susscrofa respectively, and slaughtered for analyses. The results showed that calcium concentrations of gluteus in boar meat and pork were not significant difference (P>;0.05), zinc, iron, cope concentrations of gluteus in Boar Meat were significant higher than those of pork.(P<;0.05).
