Abstract :
In view of paddy´s kernel structure and dry characteristic, variable temperature drying technology was designed for high moisture content paddy by spot experiment to ensure the quality of paddy after drying, to improve production efficiency of dryer and reduce drying costs. Aiming at features of non-linear, time variability and multi-variable during the process of paddy drying, how the fuzzy control algorithm is applied to moisture control system of paddy dryer was introduced. Using fuzzy control algorithm, a fuzzy controller was designed. Design ideas of hardware and software of control system were expounded. The spot experiment of variable temperature drying and on-line control for high moisture content paddy stated that the real - time of the system is good and the control precision is high.
