Abstract :
The initiator of the U.S. financial crisis is sweeping the globe. The world economic situation is worthy. To put more effort on new economic model study is not only the urgent need for the change of China s economic structure, but also the key issues to adapt to the good and quick economic development. Outsourcing Services is the world´s vigorous economic development and economic model. In this paper, the outsourcing from theory of economic, science and technology, innovation of system is studied.
