Abstract :
This paper constructs a model of affecting SMEs´ development of information through e-commerce based on diffusion of innovation theory and the theory of planned behavior, presenting five countermeasures on the development of electronic business from “raising awareness, providing policy, improving the environment, marketing strategy, strategic planning”. Conclusion of the study could help government fully understand our current situation of SMEs´ e-commerce, and assist SMEs in realizing both their environment and the significant economic benefits of e-commerce for implementing and managing and promoting SMEs´ e-commerce effectively in the condition of the context of network economy.
