Abstract
A method was studied for the analysis of aluminium and heavy metals in puffed food by ICP- AES with microwave digestion. The contents of Al, As, Pb, Cd and Ni were determined in 20 kinds of puffed food. The addition recovery rates was between 91.0% and 105.0%, and the relative standard deviation was lower than 6.35%. The results showed that the content of Al was relative higher in puffed food. The contamination of heavy metals Pb was heavier than others, while the contents of As, Cd and Ni were relative low, the contents of Al and Cd present the significance of correlation coefficient.
