Abstract :
In this paper, the optimal conditions of oligosaccharide from soybean with supercritical CO2 was studied and mathematical model was set through quadratic orthogonal rotation design with five factors experiment. The optimal extract conditions were validated, and the corresponding control experiments were confirmed. The optimal range of supercritical CO2 extraction conditions under which the content of oligosaccharide was over 50% were as follows: the temperature of extraction was 43~47°C, the pressure of extraction was 20.5~22.4MPa, and the temperature of separation was 63.2~66°C. The pressure of separation was 8.5~8.8 MPa, the flow of CO2 was 9.2~9.7kg/h. The content of oligosaccharide under the optimal extraction condition was 180% significantly as much as the control experiments.
