Abstract :
Analysis of the symbiosis relationship between Third-party logistics and industry cluster, the paper obtained six major symbiosis patterns; and symbiosis patterns between third-party logistics and industry cluster evolutes in different lifecycle of cluster using lifecycle of cluster theory, which provide a theoretical basis for the synergetic evolution. Finally, taking ShaoXing textile industry cluster as study case, symbiosis relationship is specifically discussed.
