Abstract
There is a lot of talk about excellent customer service in all companies these days. The term ´agility´ is used with great enthusiasm by many, though few really understand it. This talk will explore the issues of COST EFFECTIVE customer service and agility to achieve best overall business value, using the balanced score card approach as a basis.
