Abstract
We have invented the measurement system to detect the low-level jamming noise. We also have introduced the amplitude probability distribution (APD) method for the time depended noise, which causes the degradation of the reception sensitivity of a cell phone. This measurement method is an effective tool for measuring time-depended noise.
