Abstract :
A scheme of two-photon laser-scanning quantified pixels was utilized for photonic crystal (PhC) fabrication, leading to a complete solution to existing problems in the field. This technology, together with a deformation compensation approach, makes high reproducibility and high fidelity writing possible. This would be an essential step toward widespread use of the two-photon polymerization technology for PhC research and applications.
