Abstract :
A high effective non-reflective HTSC film modulator is described. The current controlled HTSC film elements are used as terminations of a hybrid directional coupler. High modulation efficiency, extremely low loss in the superconductive state and low noise level are expected up to the short millimeter wave range. Results of a simulation and experimental investigations are presented.
