Abstract :
In this paper we presented a new approach to realize the data collecting task for the intelligence transportation system based on the wireless sensor networks. Moreover, we built up a new mathematic model to analyze the behavior of transportation. Based on the matrix we gave the algorithms and solutions to solve the problems within the implementation process in details.
