  • Abstract
    With the development of tidal current power generation technology, the research on developing of detection and control system, which is suitable for the energy conversion of tidal current generation, is becoming an important component of developing tidal current energy. The paper introduces the basic composition of tidal current power generation system, as well as the detection and control technology, which are all applied to the tidal current power generation experimental platform. It also addresses the control principles in energy consumption load and alternation of storage cell´s charging and discharging, all of which would be provided with hardware circuit designing and software programming. According to the characteristics of permanent magnet synchronous generator. We adopt the corresponding control and protection measures to ensure the stability of power generation system.
