Abstract
In order to seek survival and development, many enterprises expand its scale and enhance their competitiveness through the implementation of diversification strategies, but the diversified operating effects of many private enterprises failed to meet their business objectives. The paper analyzes the environmental factors of private enterprises´ diversification strategy. Then establishes the system of diversification strategy of environmental indicators of private enterprises and builds a vague assessment model. And what´s more, it proved to be a scientific and practical model by empirical analysis. It provides an effective reference for the scientific evaluation of quantitative indicators.
