Abstract :
A novel frequency estimation algorithm based on the fact that the frequency offset results in constellation phase angle increment is proposed. The estimation performance is derived. A simple but well-designed realization architecture is presented in detail. At last, Simulation results also show it has better estimation performance comparing with the traditional MPSK frequency estimation algorithms.
