  • Abstract
    A 3D physical modelling approach to path loss prediction is addressed. GTD type models do not seem to produce as good results in terms of prediction errors as expected. Here possible solutions and improvements are considered and discussed in order to accurately reproduce the physical propagation mechanisms involved in the multipath phenomenon that takes place at VHF and UHF frequencies.
