  • Abstract
Demodulation of two-tone high-frequency excitation of an external electromagnetic field in nonlinear electronic systems is investigated. The result of demodulation is a low-frequency noise. Sources of occurrence of two-tone high-frequency electromagnetic excitation are described. At the analysis of nonlinear electric circuit the relationship between amplitudes of low-frequency noise and two-tone high-frequency excitation is considered. Problems of protection of electronic devices from low-frequency noises are noted
