  • Abstract
    The activities in the area of medical and industrial application of microwaves at the Technical University of Gdansk are described. A new teaching laboratory, financed under the TEMPUS educational program is being developed. The laboratory experiments show various application of microwaves ranging from drying of dump walls, elimination of mould and, generation of stable, narrow bandwidth UV radiation, through spectroscopy, microwave hypothermia to multipurpose measurement system.
