  • Abstract
The increasing complexity of modern thermal power system, so that all the coupling between the subsystems and equipment, increasing correlation. A single device failure will cause a chain reaction of multiple devices, an increase of fault diagnosis more difficult. To identificate the system failure source for making up the fault diagnosis method based on single equipment of complex coupled system deficiencies, this paper has studied thermal power generation system by building the Multilevel Flow Models(MFM) and analysis the changes of state and relationship of material flow, energy flow, information flow which reflect the complex system´s coupling device.
