Constitution and Calculation Method Research on Environmental Cost by Petroleum Exploration Industrial: A Case Study of Daqing City

This paper in the perspective of environmental cost calculation is intent to unravel activities, relevant to petroleum exploration, would cast chilly effects on city and regional ecological environment, in the way of value performance model to attracting great attention of whole society. This paper provides a conception of environmental cost, constitution of that cost, classification, quantification and expression form, on the ground of documents summarizing and ingesting. Apply a case study of oil exploration industry in Daqing city-the engine of China industrial, moreover analyzing effects on city and regional ecological environment, according to the three aspects that composed environmental cost. In the end, Calculating and estimating environmental cost, and discovery a new path, under the perspective of geography, other than traditional methods, a unique idea and method, of environmental cost calculation.
