  • Abstract
    In this paper we have presented our recent experimental results on exact dynamic localization in AlGaAs waveguides arrays. The mature fabrication processes associated with III-V semiconductors allows precise control over etch depth, waveguide refractive index profile and device layout which in turn allows us to obtain excellent agreement between experiment and theory.
