Study on basic farmland and reserve cultivated land system design

Now the traditional manual mode has already cannot satisfy modern management requirements for basic farmland and reserve cultivated land, Using computer technology, GIS technology can offer more convenient management tools and methods for land resources professionals. This paper, according to the principles of data standardization, technology modernization, scientific management, application of integrated technology, using the software design method, through in-depth analysis of basic farmland and reserve cultivated land management functional requirements, the basic farmland and reserve cultivated land management information system´s overall architecture, database structure and functional structure were designed. It provided a platform design methods and ideas of inquiry, statistics and analysis system, in order to establish a platform with GIS and Web technology.
