Abstract :
The paper analyses the mutual impact of large project with the nearby community, designs a harmonious together-development model for the case of Shanghai 2010 Expo China. The academic reason for the model is analyzed by the game theory explanation specially using construction project department and peripheral community as the two study objects. The effect of this model is showed finally.
