The Evaluation of the Economic Development Level of Dalian´s County

The county economy is an important carrier of China´s economic development. Dalian is an important city in Northeast China, so its county economic development can promote the plan of revitalizing northeast old industrial base. Therefore it is necessary to have a clear understanding of the county economy of Dalian. This article use the Grid and Fuzzy Borda Number method to constructed an evaluation model of the economic development level of dalian´s county. And use it to appraisal the economic development level of Dalian´s county, at last to provide references to the government for decision-making.
