Abstract
After the entrance of WTO, one of the long-term tasks for Chinese agricultural development is that the implement of the walking-out strategy and the international transferring of agricultural technology. Whether the double-win goal can be achieved is mostly depended on the selection of the ways of transfer. This article concludes that China should mainly adopt the transfer way of Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) in the agricultural technology transference to the developed countries, whereas the export trade and the permit trade to the developing countries.
