  • Abstract
It´s an important measure to recovery the residual heat of sintering process for power cogeneration. Sintering cogeneration is the key to the whole sintering residual heat utilization. In the paper, we studied the gas-solid heat transfer process of cogeneration system. Simulate calculation to temperature field of sinter cooling process was carried out by using FLUENT software. Based on the porous media model, we investigated the influence of the heat recovery during the cooling process related with flow , layer height and structural parameters. It was found that in the existing layer height, taking 60-80% of the existing cooling air flow can achieve the best results for heat recovery and cooling efficiency. At a fixed flow rate, taking the existing layer of about 120% of the total height can reach a better heat recovery. In addition, trapezoidal cross-section may increase the recovery rate of residual heat.
