Study on the industrial transfer of Shaanxi Province

This paper made an empirical study on the industrial transfer of Shaanxi Province, through the statistical data of 2006 and 2007. It analyzed from the point of the industrial attractiveness and the industrial transfer direction. The industrial attractiveness involves three aspects: the competitive advantage, the comparative advantage, the growth potential; The industrial transfer direction involves two aspects: the transfer scale of domestic and foreign capital, industrial transfer tendency. Integrated the two, it divided the industries to four categories: the pillar industries, the industries need to guide, the industries need to cultivate, and the thin dog industries. Finally, it gave some suggestions.
